Μετά την παραίτηση σύσσωμου του διοικητικού συμβουλίου της ΠΑΕ τα πράγματα κρίνονται άκρως οριακά για την επόμενη μέρα στις τάξης της Νίκης Βόλου. Η ομάδα του Βόλου αντιμετωπίζει σοβαρά οικονομικά προβλήματα και βρίσκεται με το ένα πόδι πριν την αποχώρησή της από το πρωτάθλημα της Super League.
Δεδομένης της παραίτησης του ΔΣ της ΠΑΕ τα ηνία αναλαμβάνει ο Ερασιτέχνης που όπως όλα δείχνουν θα πάει σε διοίκηση Πρωτοδικείου. Στο αγωνιστικό κομμάτι η ομάδα για ακόμα μία αγωνιστική θα έχει στην άκρη του πάγκου της τον Παναγιώτη Τζαναβάρα ενώ άγνωστη παραμένει η στάση που θα κρατήσουν οι επαγγελματίες ποδοσφαιριστές της ΠΑΕ.
Η αποστολή της ομάδας για τη Βέροια θα ταξιδέψει αυθημερόν για να ελαχιστοποιήσει τα έξοδα ενώ τα όποια χρήματα απαιτηθούν θα μαζευτούν από έρανο μεταξύ των φίλων της ομάδας.
